The style or size I want is sold out. What can I do?
Please click on the notify me button on the product page of the item you want to purchase. Enter your information and if/when the product becomes available, we will email you.

When will a sold out item be restocked?
Due to an overwhelming response and popularity in certain product, it is possible that certain styles may be restocked. If a style you're interested in is out of stock, please sign up for restock emails and reach out to info@leeandmccabe.com to find out if we are restocking. 

What size should I order?
Please use the size chart on each product page as a general guide to help you make a selection. If you are in between sizes, we recommend the size up.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. The shipping timeline begins once your order processing is complete. Ground shipments usually take 3-8 business days to arrive, while expedited shipments take 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once the item is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we offer International shipping to Canada, UK, and Australia.  We hope to offer more international shipping services in the near future!

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my item?
If an item meets the requirements outlined in our return policy, we’ll take it back within 14 days of the item being delivered to your door for a refund.

To complete your return, please email us at info@leeandmccabe.com with your order number. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Anything marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for a return or exchange.

Can I exchange an item for another size?
Yes, please email us at info@leeandmccabe.com with your order number and the size you would like to exchange it for. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back in order to process the exchange.
