Refund policy

Lee & McCabe 14 Day Return Policy:

At Lee & McCabe we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original conditions with all tags attached
• All items being returned must also be accompanied by the original packaging.

Items sent back must be received by us within 28 days of when they were first received by you. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@leeandmccabe.com. Please include your full name, order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping & original shipping cannot be refunded.

Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Each garment is inspected upon return. If the item appears to be damaged or worn, the refund will not be processed.

Exchanges:

We allow exchanges on unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of the original order date if you need to swap for a different size in stock.

Lee & McCabe cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.
